My Practice

I know from personal experience that anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles can have a devastating impact on our ability to live our lives to the fullest and to get the most out of our relationships. That's what led me to become a Clinical Social Worker, and to train as both an individual and family therapist.

Drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches, we will work collaboratively to help you learn the skills and strategies that you need to find relief from your symptoms. We will also help you to explore the root causes of those symptoms, so that you can move forward with a deeper sense of self-understanding and self-compassion.

I have worked in community mental health for 10+ years, so I can also help you navigate the broader mental health system if needed.

All Are Welcome

I practice from an anti-oppressive stance. Folks of all genders, sexual orientations, abilities, ethnicities, and backgrounds will always be treated with respect. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where we can work together to help you achieve your goals.
